These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "Account Holder") and cczzz ("cczzz", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at cczzz.club and all associated subdomains, mobile web applications, and services.

Any funds in a non-eligible account at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with applicable law and cczzz's internal compliance procedures.
Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the cczzz Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, identities, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
During registration, Users must provide a valid Philippine mobile number or email address, create a secure password, and confirm their agreement to these Terms and the cczzz Privacy Policy. cczzz will send an OTP or email confirmation to verify the registration details provided.
Users are solely responsible for:
cczzz will never ask for a User's password through any communication channel. Users should not share their password with any third party under any circumstances. cczzz accepts no liability for losses arising from a User's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
cczzz is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards and responsible gaming obligations. KYC verification is mandatory for all Users prior to processing any withdrawal from the cczzz Platform.
The following Philippine government-issued identification documents are accepted for KYC verification:
cczzz reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, source of funds documentation, or any other information reasonably required to complete verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by cczzz may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
The cczzz Wallet operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). All deposits, wagering transactions, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in PHP. No currency conversion is applied by cczzz to wallet transactions.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. cczzz accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability and any limits imposed by the payment provider. GCash and Maya deposits reflect in the User's wallet instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfers typically clear within 15–30 minutes. cczzz does not charge fees on deposits; however, payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods in the User's own name that have been used for deposits or that have been separately verified as belonging to the User. cczzz does not process withdrawals to third parties under any circumstances. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours. cczzz reserves the right to process withdrawals within up to three (3) business days in cases requiring additional verification.
Withdrawal Restrictions: Withdrawals may be withheld pending KYC completion, resolution of a pending investigation, or where cczzz has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. Bonus-funded balances are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
cczzz Wallet balances do not accrue interest and are not insured deposits. cczzz Wallet balances represent a right to receive gaming services and payouts but do not constitute a debt owed by cczzz in the manner of a bank deposit.
cczzz may offer bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific Terms that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

Each game available on the cczzz Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Users are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. All bets placed are final once confirmed; cczzz does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error affecting a game outcome, cczzz reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return the corresponding stake(s) to the User's wallet. cczzz's decision in such matters is final. Where a technical error results in an erroneous payout, cczzz reserves the right to void the erroneous amount and recover it from the User's wallet balance, even if the amount has been partially or fully withdrawn, in which case cczzz may offset the amount against future winnings or take legal action as appropriate.
Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game results as recorded by the live studio camera system. In the event of a dispute regarding a live dealer game outcome, cczzz will review the recorded video footage, and its determination based on that footage shall be final and binding.
Progressive jackpot winnings, where applicable, are subject to verification before payment. cczzz reserves up to five (5) business days to verify and process progressive jackpot payouts. Installation errors that display erroneous jackpot amounts do not constitute a valid jackpot win.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cczzz Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
Detection of prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, potential permanent closure, forfeiture of all wallet balances (including real-money funds where the deposit is found to have been made in bad faith), and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the cczzz Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any cczzz content without prior written authorization from cczzz.

The cczzz Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cczzz does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical issues, and accepts no liability for service interruptions outside its reasonable control.
cczzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon permanent closure of a verified account in good standing (i.e., not closed due to breach, fraud, or non-compliance), any remaining verified real-money balance in the User's wallet will be returned to the User's registered payment method following applicable verification procedures, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
If a User has a complaint or dispute regarding any transaction, game outcome, or account action on the cczzz Platform, they should first contact cczzz customer support via live chat on the site or by emailing the support address listed on the Platform. Users should provide their account details, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant transaction IDs or dates.
cczzz will acknowledge all formal complaints within two (2) business days and will endeavor to resolve the matter within fourteen (14) calendar days. For complex matters requiring extended investigation, cczzz will inform the User of the expected resolution timeframe.
cczzz's decision on any dispute, made in good faith and based on the evidence available, shall be final and binding. Users who remain dissatisfied following cczzz's final decision may escalate the matter through applicable consumer protection channels under Philippine law.
cczzz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Users via SMS to their registered Philippine mobile number or by email to their registered email address, with a minimum of seven (7) calendar days' notice before the changes take effect.
Non-material changes (including typographical corrections, formatting updates, or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of Users) may be made without prior notice and will be effective upon publication on the Platform.
Continued use of the cczzz Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
These Terms and all disputes arising from or in connection with them, the cczzz Platform, or the relationship between cczzz and its Users shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Users expressly waive any objection to the jurisdiction or venue of such courts.
Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights that Users may have under applicable Philippine law that cannot be waived by contract.
